Refund Policy
IE HYDRO GARDEN must receive returns within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must contact our RMA department for an RMA number. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days.
Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. Please allow 72 hours for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks. When IE HYDRO GARDEN receives the returned defective product, you will be refunded in full for the defective product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
